"We are thrilled to share that we have a wonderful group of committed local young authors who are working hard on their stories. One of the most exciting parts for them is the opportunity to sit alongside, and share their work with real local authors who have already published.

We also have many aspiring adult writers joining us, and I’m especially excited to host an event that truly celebrates storymaking and writing as a craft. If you haven’t committed to joining us yet, this is a two-hour event, but one that will be meaningful, memorable, and rooted in community. Our hope is for this to grow into an annual event that becomes bigger and better each year."
